We always strive to deliver our products with robust packaging and damage free delivery. Still, in case you received a damaged product, Report damage, defect, or wrong item within 48 hours with unboxing video and photos and order ID for a free replacement or quick resolution.
All sales are final; due to the handmade nature, returns and refunds are not offered in any circumstance.
Orders can be edited or canceled before dispatch by contacting support promptly; changes aren’t possible once shipped.
