Shipping and delivery

Free shipping offer
Free shipping is offered for orders with a cart value of or above ₹499 across India, subject to courier coverage and standard delivery options.
The offer may exclude remote or out‑of‑delivery‑area locations where surcharges apply; in such cases the store will notify the customer before dispatch.
Taxes and duties
Prices shown at checkout include applicable taxes as required by law.
Any additional local levies or entry charges assessed by authorities or carriers are the responsibility of the recipient, if applicable.
Returns and refunds
A return request window of days from delivery applies for unused items in original condition and packaging; consumables or items marked final sale are not returnable.
Return shipping instructions will be provided after a valid request; refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection, excluding any non‑recoverable shipping or payment fees.
Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within hours of delivery with photos so support can assist with a replacement or refund.
Cancellations and changes
Orders can be cancelled or modified until dispatch; once shipped, standard returns apply.
The store may cancel an order due to stock, payment, pricing, or compliance issues and will issue a refund if payment was captured.
Promotions, coupons, and credits
